Your Story

In a world where parenthood is seen as a default, uncertainty can make you feel anxious, selfish and guilty.

Do I want to become a parent?”

This is one of the most personal decisions of your life, and you deserve a safe, judgment-free space to explore what’s true for you.

“Clarity came when I stopped overthinking and started tuning into how it felt in my body.”

You’ve probably tried reasoning it out: pros & cons lists, advice from friends who are parents or child-free, but none of it brought clarity.

Meanwhile, life stands still. Career plans, creative pursuits - all waiting on an answer you can’t seem to find. I’ve been there, too.

My wish is to help you break free from indecision, and move toward a life aligned with your desire - whether that includes children or not.

It’s been a privilege to guide other people through this process.

And to see them come out at the other end assured about their wish and deeply connected to themselves.

Infertility Support group & Infertility Group Coaching

Whether you choose a self-paced course, one-on-one*, or group coaching, I will support you through a gentle & structured self-discovery process:

  • Many people try to make a decision on this topic based on logic alone, only to find out that they ended up in the same place where they started off.

On this structured, 12-week journey you’ll gradually tune into the other, less used but highly intelligent dimensions of yourself - emotions, felt sense, gut feeling - to bring to the surface the missing pieces of the parenthood puzzle that your mind alone couldn’t sort out.

  • On this journey, I will invite you to:

    • Take a closer look at your family system: the generations that came before you, their life stories, expectations and beliefs. Why is this relevant? You can find out more here.

    • Revisit your relationship with the most important people in your early years & become aware of your self-limiting beliefs.

    • Consider your fears, coping mechanisms, and practical aspects of parenthood/non-parenthood that play into your indecision

    • Consider the social norms and narratives that play into your indecision

    • Experience life as a parent, and child-free

  • Once you’re clear about what you truly want, we will explore how you want to go forward. It is essential that you decouple your wish from your decision, so you can stay open to both possibilities, without any pressure from external or biological circumstances.

  • Writing and free-associating, together with guided visualizations, will be central to this program. The element of surprise is essential in ensuring that you elicit new, unedited thoughts, emotions, and a felt-sense about the topics addressed on that week. It’s the only way you can add new pieces to your puzzle. This is why, every week, you will only get access to that week’s work book.

Trusting the process and yourself is essential. Think of a time when you’ve made a big decision based on gut feeling alone and it turned out to be the right decision! You are the only one who knows whether parenthood is right for you or not. The answer lies within you waiting to be unfolded.

Like any meaningful journey, this one may come with moments of doubt or discomfort — and that’s completely normal. I’ll be right there with you, holding space for whatever arises, with care and without judgment.

It can take time to adjust to this new way of tuning into yourself — and that’s okay. You’re welcome to move at your own pace. What matters most isn’t speed, but presence. Skipping ahead may actually slow you down.

Rest assured that you’ll get guidance and support to make the most of this journey.

Your “job” is to trust yourself and the process, giving yourself permission to not know at the start where it leads to.

If you want to discover WHAT you want and WHY, so that you don't just react to circumstances and external pressure, this is for you.

*During One-on-One coaching you will get personalized support, tailored to your unique needs.
